Se trata de una sidra natural, que se obtiene fermentando el zumo de manzana y filtr\u00e1ndolo antes de embotellar. Una de las marcas m\u00e1s demandadas es la <em>1947<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sidra achampanada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La sidra achampa\u00f1ada es una sidra m\u00e1s procesada. Su sabor es seco, ligeramente \u00e1cido, bajo en alcohol, fresco y duradero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este tipo e sidra se obtiene por una segunda fermentaci\u00f3n en recipiente cerrado; de esta manera, el di\u00f3xido de carbono de la sidra espumosa siempre va a ser end\u00f3geno, nunca va a ser a\u00f1adido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e1s conocida es la sidra <em>El Gaitero<\/em>, y tambi\u00e9n existe sidra achampa\u00f1ada sin alcohol.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Diversas marcas y tipos de sidra.
