No necesariamente coincide con la floraci\u00f3n general: pueden florecer m\u00e1s tarde, pero maduran m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente. Variedades: <strong><em>Solarina<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Blanquina<\/em><\/strong> y <strong><em>Ernestina<\/em><\/strong>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intermedia<\/strong>: <strong><em>Suarina<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>San Roque\u00f1a de la Riega<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Amariega<\/em><\/strong>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tard\u00eda<\/strong>, que suelen ser verdes: <strong><em>Verdialona<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Collaos<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Regona<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Durona<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>Tresali<\/em><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, entre todas ellas, hay una escala de sabor que las agrupa en dulces, amargas y \u00e1cidas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Asturias hay pocas variedades amargas que, cuando se necesitan, suelen importarse de Francia.
